  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in original condition, with the curl pattern untouched and undisturbed.
  • Ties and clips must remain intact and must not be cut.

Return Process
  1. Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
  2. Return Timeline: The item must be sent back within 7 business days of receiving it.
  3. Inspection: Once the item is received, it will be analyzed by our team to determine if it meets our return criteria.

Shipping Costs
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a courier that provides tracking and proof of delivery to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Raux Hair is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered returns.
